"Mary had a little...little...lamb?" A soft voice sun out through the darkness of the Slums, the voice breaking and shuttering as if the vocal chords could no longer support the words. "Little lamb..."
"Little lamb..." A dry cough could be heard from within the dark alleyway, the voice was dying more and more with each word till it was nothing more then a soft whisper on the midnight breeze. The night felt to draw on for what felt like eternity, the rain once more coming down in hard sheets, making the alleys run with filthy water, trash and rotting food heavy on the air. Even the homeless could not be found out on the streets that night, the bitter chill and the down pours forcing them to take shelter in the old rotting builds and all ready to full homeless shelters.
But there was one who, either simply no longer cared or was too dense to think about there well being, who sat out in the rain, his body covered in a long, filthy caped hood that once could have been considered beautiful. Not much could be seen of the man, he normally moved quickly, vanishing before anyone could catch sight of his ghastly appearance, because that's what he was. He was the very embodiment of horror- or so he told himself as he looked at himself in the cracked windows- a creature that was a ghastly mix of both metal and flesh, a creature that held immense power, but not the wit on how to control it.
Anyone who looked at him would never have guessed that this saddened, confused cyborg was once the all mighty Superman, and even if they did, what good could they possible do?
The damage caused by Brainiac was done, and the mystery of why he roamed the streets of the slum with little idea of who he was, still remained.
The metalic blue eyes stared unblinkingly up at the raindrops, the metal implanted on his jaw and nose shining from the water droplets...
((First off, this is an open RP, so anyone can comment on this journal. Secondly this was actually based off the design for the new Cyborg 52, a costume i'm working on for hopefully Anime Boston 2015.
And last but not least, I will be hosting a few events next weekend at AAC 2013 so I will be at work on both school and costume touch ups, so if I don't respond right away, don't take offense!))
